TMA Navigator is a collection of tools for analysing tissue microarray (TMA) data [Kononen et al. 1998 Nat. Med. 4:844] directly from your web browser. The latter part of the TMA Navigator name derives from the themes of Networks, Analysis and Visualisation.

Using TMA Navigator involves three main steps:

To get started, we recommend viewing a demonstration with example analyses. You can either go through a typical workflow by selecting a dataset, or click straight through to example results.

About TMA Navigator

TMA Navigator was primarily developed by Alex Lubbock and Ian Overton at the MRC Human Genetics Unit, MRC Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine at the University of Edinburgh, UK, with contributions from David Harrison and Elad Katz.

TMA Navigator is free and open to all users, and there is no login requirement.
